Frederick Saurat
A French National and former founder of “Medinweb” a medical search engine built to qualify medical web sites and developed between 98 and 2001 with 250 employees in Europe and Asia, Frederick Saurat brings 10 years of Internet business development experience with a particular focus on the evolution of marketing platforms. After the “Medinweb” experience he became consultant for online platform development in e-learning and marketing projects. In 2003 he decided to live in South Asia to be in a heart of the movement and after some success in web agencies development he started to focus in 2005 on Mobile marketing and follow the development of Japan QR codes technology with the idea to push the online marketing and commerce one step beyond. In 2006 he decided to develop TMS a “SMS After” platform and created MobiTMS with David Jacka.

A British National with successful expatriation in Asia brings 20 years experience in new business development. Responsible in the early 1990’s for the introduction of MacMillan Bloedel Structural Engineered Timber products to the European Market. Settles in the Philippines in 1996, Founder and Financier of CBC, Cebu Button Corp,. a manufacture of apparel accessories based in the Philippines. CBC supplied major clothing manufacturers and supplies; Marks & Spencer, Liberty, Next etc. and supplied raw material to button manufacturers in Korea and Hong Kong. In 2003 set up an independent consultancy for Philippine Health Care Professionals, to assist them in gaining qualifications and work related requirements to work in the UK and Ireland.
